  1. The way they use the world “collaborative” every time just screams micromanagement.

Micromanagement won’t affect anything on the pitch, but it’ll surely give Potter & Co. the odd headache.

  2. This was something I think most wanted, an owner who wanted success. The new ownership has shown that they mean business. I’m okay if they are a bit rough at the start because their intentions are pretty good

  3. Maybe I’m just seeing too much of it at work but this management consultant type corporate messaging where nothing is actually said a meaningless to me. Needs more “synergy”, “alignment”, and “vision.”

If the plan is “clear” why isn’t it communicated? What are we supposed to actually take from messages like this? We’ve not gotten any high level details beyond rumours of who they’re interviewing.

  4. We may just end up glad the takeover happened ya know. The only real loss so far has been Tommy T.

  5. Is this news? Thought we knew this months ago. It was obvious with signings like Slonina, Chukwuemeka and Casadei as well as Boehlys reluctance to sell Billy after Tuchel basically pushed him out. This whole vision and Tuchel not aligning with it was why he was sacked.

  6. Toxic aF up in here per usual. New owners are doing great things and making logical and progressive moves to be more a more consistent and home-grown elite. Can’t beat it

  7. I’d really like for us to get Xavi Simons and Cody Gakpo from PSV. The kids are good.

  8. We will see in a few years if this is just a PR statement or not.

I am excited about it tho…

  9. Time will tell. But I think we’re going in the right direction imo.

  10. For years we begged and pleaded with Roman and Marina for a more pragmatic approach to transfers instead of just throwing money at issues and now it seems like we have ownership who values data driven results when it comes to recruiting and analyzing players and they are being lambasted for using too many buzzwords… can’t win out here 😂

  11. Interesting, they followed Neil Baths advice heavily over the summer.

I can’t imagine they’ll ignore his eye for talent, the dual approach could really sharpen up what is already a great youth recruitment network.
